Om iPhone tells me that my statement credit "available to redeem" is 287.51, but it won't redeem that. When I just did a redemption with >$300 as "available to redeem" it only credited $18 to my statement. Why can't I credit to my statement all that I have "available to redeem?"

Have you tried using it manually? When in the Apple Card in your Wallet app tap Pay. It will also show the account balance. Look down and tap blue >Other Amount<. Use keypad and enter amount of Apple Cash you want to use. You cannot pay more than account balance. Apple Cash should appear as a source. If it doesn’t, tap Change Bank Account and complete payment using Apple Cash.

Have you enabled Apple Cash for your Wallet? Please follow this path,
iPhone > Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Apple Cash > enable, if it is switched on, momentarily turn off and then back on.

What does the app on your iPhone show is due?
Card balance is currently 173.68
Under "View Rewards and Offers" for Daily Cash it says "Available to Redeem: $305.28."
But when I hit redeem it only redeemed $17.77 to statement credit.
Thank you for the advice. I can do all those things, but nowhere does Apple Cash appear as a payment source (even when I tap "change bank account."
Do you have any pending charges or have all the charges finalized?
