How do I remove Kromtech Alliance from MacBook Air login items?

Got this message on my MacBook Air today:

Background Items Added Software from "Kromtech Alliance Corp." added items that can run in the background. You can manage this in Login Items Settings.

Well, in Setttings->Login Items is Kromtech Alliance but under 'Allow in Background' and is not "enabled" (the toggle is off. There is no way or manner to select this and delete it. Nothing named Kromtech is in my applications folder.

Any help - what is this? How do I get rid of it?

That may be associated with MacKeeper (which I wouldn't want anywhere near my devices).

I've never installed or uninstalled it but the following may help: https://mackeeper.com/help/uninstall-mackeeper/
