Why even powered TB4 hubs does the: Disk Not Ejected Properly?

Even when using powered TB4 hubs OWC that feeds 2 UGREEN Revodok Max 208 ( all 3 docks with plug in power supply) , and with great nvme's connected get Disk Not Ejected Properly!

NVME list: Seagate 4bt top tear, samsung 980/990, Sabrent all in Ugreen well ventilated TB4 enclosures. New cables that never moves away from rack.

Some days it works well other days they just keep on ejecting.

What can be the problem ?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.5

There is a limit on how many devices can be connected (6 per port):

I count more that 18 in your last message, but using the multi-drive hubs might get past that limitation. I don't understand what the real constraint is.

To narrow down what is working and what isn't, I would do a test and run with one hub at a time, each for a day or two, to see if the issue persists and with which external device(s). I have had individual hubs malfunction or even fail. If none of them fail individually but they do eject disks improperly when used together, that is also informative.

In my case the disconnecting and reconection si happening very fast and the davinci resolve software start to see just as dropped frames :) since I am feeding the BRAW directly from the ssd's. I have to decide what NAS to buy that has thunderbolt also and SFP+ and to install 4x 20 TB exos there. I have also 8 hdds: 4 exos in Thunderbolt Lacie D2 (4 hdds) and other 4 exos in usb c enclosures all separate, 4/6/8/10/12/14/16/18/20TB. As I needed more space I bought bigger ones and I end up with that many drives.
