Are you sure you are using the correct IP address which is 10.0.0.1, do not use any other like 1.0.0.1, 10.0.0.0.1, 10.0.01 and so forth.

Provided that this is not the issue you may try the others:

• Reset network settings: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. (This will reset your Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN/APN settings.)
• Forget and rejoin network: Settings > WiFi > Select the Piso WiFi > Tap "Forget This Network", and then reconnect by entering the password again.
• Ask Piso WiFi admin: If the issue persists, contact the administrator of the Piso WiFi vending machine for assistance, as there might be specific configurations or restrictions in place.

Correct, as it is not compatible with iOS 13 or higher.
