How do I fix attention aware issues on my iPhone 16 Pro Max?

in ios 18.6.1 it s not work. Please write apple feedback about this feature

i am using 16pro, after getting updates 18.3 Attention aware feature not working properly. I have done each and everything as advice by Apple advisor and Sr Technical team members and also reset device. I have noticed one thing when my device is in my hand at that time this feature working properly. Can anybody help me on this issue pl.

yesterday i got call from Apple Sr.Technical person and he told me that "WHEN DEVICE IS LOCKED AT THAT TIME ATTENTION AWARE FEATURE NOT WORKING" its strange why apple did this? what is the logic behind that? Its strongly recommended that pl update this bug in next update and this feature may work with lock/unlock device. This is most important feature so we need it. Thanks

Iphone 16 Pro, ios 18.4.1 (19/APRIL/2025), still same problem with "Settings/Face ID/Attention Aware: ON"... it only works if the iphone is unlocked. If the phone it's locked and you pick up and look at the phone, it keeps ringiing with volume high), it does not lower the sound. Any sugestion?

Just checked with an incoming call on my iPhone and it has not been fixed. I have provided feedback to Apple, a few times now. I did suggest in one of my feedback posts that if the feature is not going to work, they should remove attention aware settings from our phones.

Let's not stop and continue to send Feedback to Apple. It's not normal that they destroyed such a function. All its meaning is lost, since in most cases the phone is in a locked state. We continue to demand a return attention aware🙏

I forgot about this issue for a bit, until today I received a notification that was inaudible, then the next was a loud blast to my ears at max volume. Once again feedback will be submitted as the latest update didn’t fix it.

I'm beginning to believe they don't want to fix the issue. We lived without Attention Aware for years before it was introduced just fine!

Hi, I registered here just to say that I’m on the latest software for my phone. I have an iPhone XS Max, running iOS 18.6.2, and this still doesn’t work. I also contacted Apple Support about this issue.

Hi same situation here also but why not apple agree that something problematic in 18.3? As per my knowledge apple must include in new update this feature enable and working properly

i completely agree with u, i have also updated 18.3.1 but result is still same. Why not Apple take this case seriously and improve this one?
