I use 16 PM and running with IOS 18.3, i have problem with Attention aware feature (face ID and passcode). My iphone doesn’t lowering the volume of call ring or alarm ring while facing iphone to my face. I did tern off and on this option, restart and turn on off iphone but these don’t help.

OK. Next try a Forced Restart --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support (CA)
Follow the direction exactly and on the final step, do NOT release the power button until you see the Apple Logo.
If that doesn't help, then you should schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and let Apple test your phone.
I just noticed that, if iPhone is unlocked and someone calls, attention aware feature works perfectly but iPhone is locked then this feature doesn’t work.

as earlier i have told when device is in hand its working perfectly but when we put it on table that time attention aware feature not working properly.

Actually whenever the phone is locked attention aware feature is not working. If phone is under unlock condition that it is worked.
The problem still persists with version 18.4.. disgrace..

The iOS 18.4 update seems to be causing CarPlay issues. Now I can't use CarPlay either. Thanks Apple :)

i changed 13 pro max to 16 pro.
