How to Request a Refund? Subscription Amount Auto-deducted from Account even after cancellation.

I'd subscribed to GoodNotes App on February 09, 2024. I'd used it for some time, but subsequently shifted to Notability.

The GoodNotes subscription was due for renewal on February 09, 2025. I'd cancelled it on February 07, 2025.

However, the subscription amount has been auto-deducted, and the GoodNotes subscription hasn't been renewed.

I'd raised the issue on reportaproblem.apple.com, first as request a refund (message was displayed no subscription eligible for renewal) and then as a fraud/scam (found no other way). After submitting the request, message is displayed "Apple will review your feedback to improve services. You will not receive a reply".

I am not aware of any email address to raise this issue, and request a refund.

Please help in bringing this issue to the notice of Apple customer service.

Thanks.
