Howto force iCloud Pictures to sync with cloud on Windows 11?

When I open the iCloud program in Windows 11 it says that my iCloud-pictures where synced 38 minutes ago. However I have taken pictures since then, and I need it to be synces to my computer.

How can I force sync? For example I want it to sync every second minute.
