Every phone brand new is hacked right away

I was hacked during a meeting online and ever since then for the past two weeks every phone I get which has been about 3-4 phones gets hacked within minutes of getting to my house, i’ve changed my Internet, changed my phone number three or four times but he’s still in my phone. Apple denies it. I’ve made police reports he remotely controls this phone. It’s an iPhone 16 Pro. He’ll lock me out and Apple has new control over it. I think there should be a lawsuit his access to Photos notes all my personal information contacts and can change anything he wants at any time and it shows my account was in Bangladesh.

Everything you have described is accomplished with your Apple Account Password and accessing that information online. It is not done through your phone.

You can be locked out of your device
They can view and change your Contacts
They can change your account information
They can access Notes online
They can access your Photos online.

Any change on your online account will be reflected on your device. In no way is someone accessing your device remotely. In most cases, simply changing the password on your Apple Account will resolve the problem, but in your case I would recommend creating an entirely new account. Factory Reset your device and set it up as new. You will lose all data and have to add your contacts again, so you may want to at least write those down. For your Photos, if you want to save them, you will need to back them up to another device. All email accounts will have to be added again and you will want to change the passwords on those as well.

Your Accounts may have been compromised, but it is not your device. If you are convinced your WiFi is compromised, then get a different router from your provider.
