Here are a few I thought of to give you to maximize battery health, but keep in mind that it will not stay at 100% as all batteries eventually degrade as time goes.
And most importantly, enjoy your brand new iPhone! Technology should serve us, not the other way around.

You are very welcome! To elaborate onto the Optimized Battery Charging or Charging Limit, it ultimately depends on your preference. If you would rather start your day with a full charge for convenience with Optimized Battery Charging, or have your battery health last a bit longer over time with a Charge Limit. Personally on my iPhone 16 Pro Max, the battery life is phenomenal and I always end the day with extra charge, so I am willing to sacrifice a bit battery with a Charge Limit, which I use. The lower the charge limit, the better. I use the lowest which is 80%.

Cool! I have enjoyed the battery life of the 14 plus, however, after a month and a half battery health went down to 97% :’(
I have enjoyed coming home to a mid 70s battery, and charging it for about 1.5 hours to 100%, as I have known charging overnight eventually runs the battery health quicker...
On my 14 plus, after I charged it to 100%, it stayed at 100 for about 2-3 hours.. Perhaps this is the reason its health went down as much as it did in such short period of time...
Thank you for the feedback!
Once again you are most welcome. You are right in that keeping your iPhone plugged in fully charge is not good for the battery, but when using Optimized Battery Charging it learns your charging schedule and waits to finish charging past 80% until you need to use it. Then with Charge Limit, your iPhone will stop charging when it hits the limit and will not continue to allow power into the iPhone. Without using one of those options, keeping your iPhone plugged in fully charged is harmful for the battery. But if you do use one of those options, then there is no harm done.
Also the battery health decline is not linear and that you can lose a few more or less percent per month. It could be very possible your battery health stays steady now for a few months after rapidly dropping a few percent.
