Can’t allow tracking is enabled

Here is how to:

• Control app tracking permissions on iPhone - Apple Support
• If an app asks to track your activity - Apple Support

If that doesn’t work, check with whomever is managing your iPhone.

Read through the two previously-linked articles, and also verify your iPhone is not being managed by someone else. If none of the prohibitions and limitations listed in the linked articles apply here, then contact Apple Support.

If you are a young person you can’t get that option because your iCloud account shows you are not in the age to get tracking
