I want to buy an M4. I live in Germany but want the English Layout with the short left shift key.
If I look up YouTube videos about the M4, they all have the long left shift key. Will I have the short one when I choose "British English" (that's what the Layout is called in the select field)?

Yes, the keyboard called British English is the ISO type used in Europe with the short left shift, the extra key next to Z, and the vertical enter key. Same for International English.
