iPod touch After a head injury i can’t remember my password, I tried a number of time. I had to make a new Apple ID i don’t care if it’s erased I’ll start over, same thing with my laptop so I can’t restore from it.

If you forgot your iPhone passcode or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
