How do I recover my lost music library in iTunes on Windows?
I tunes has lost my music library, they only want to promote podcasts

It would seem that you have installed Apple Music, Apple TV, or Apple Devices. When either of these are installed iTunes is limited to managing audiobooks and podcasts, and all device management functions are suppressed. Remove whichever of the new suite of apps you have installed to restore functionality to iTunes.
