Apple Watch Weather App no longer on series 6

I am having an issue with my Apple Watch series 6. After the lastest iPhone update I noticed some issues with Bluetooth connectivity that seems to work well now after another update but the weather app is no longer on my watch as of today. I cannot find it on the watch app or watch itself. Any fixes will be appreciated. Not sure how to fix this I checked location settings and they seem right but I cannot on the watch since there is no watch app.
