AirPods Flashes white then green

My left AirPod was not connecting back to my iPad, so I did a hard reset to it. Now, it won’t connect back to my iPad and the light only flashes from amber to green. I am unsure what model of AirPods I have.

When I try to reset airpods gen 3, it flashes amber, then green instead white. And I can’t connect it to my phone. My left airpod is not working, so I disconnect it from phone and tried to reset my airpod. And, it flashed amber, then green instead of white. And I can’t connect to any device now. If the reset is not working and your AirPods are properly charged, there are might be battery problems with your AirPods I am afraid
