Unable to delete Weblink from my iPhone Home Screen

Hi - I have a weblink on my Home screen that I am unable to delete.

A long press on link does not give option to delete, just edit home screen and share bookmark.

I already restarted my phone.

I have already checked this tip:

Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store and turn Deleting Apps to Allow. - It was set to allow already

There are no profiles loaded under Settings > General > VPN & Device Management

The phone was initially setup using a back up of a previously managed iPhone.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
