Inquiry About Using DisplayPort with Apple TV

I have a question regarding Apple TV. I own a monitor that supports DisplayPort, and I’d like to know if I can connect an Apple TV to it using this port, either directly or through an adapter.

Is there an official solution or a recommended adapter to ensure compatibility and optimal performance?

Apple TV boxes only have an HDMI port.

No, Apple doesn’t make or endorse any display port adapters.

They are simple devices and should either work or not work.

Display port doesn’t carry audio, unlike full HDMI. So, you should use an HDMI audio system in between, or AirPlay speakers or Bluetooth speakers.
