Apple password not accepted in apple watch

iPhone, Watch app, My Watch tab, look at apps "installed on apple watch" (near the bottom) Uninstall them all. One of them is bad.

• Did you buy this watch used? It sounds like it is locked to the original owner.
• If not, is this a new problem? Did your passcode open the watch previously?
• Which iPhone are you pairing it to? What is the iPhone's iOS?
