Hello Apple community! I'm experiencing screen flickering or glitching on my MacBook Pro 2017 running Ventura OS, especially when I watch videos or accessing sites or pages with heavy graphics. It's quite distracting. Has anyone encountered a similar issue, and if so, how did you resolve it? Any tips or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Depends on whether or not the software you are using needs a different graphics card or expects a different graphics resolution. Some games do not work that well with mobile graphics cards.
Do not run any system optimizers, as these can leave behind memory resident programs that can cause a lot of delays on programs that need more system resources than usual.
See if Apple's diagnostics detect anything.
Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support
Then see if you can identify any memory resident apps you aren't aware of, or if your space is over 85% full.

The Hardware in the Macbook is considered outdated since it has a intel processor hardware is wearing out and is slow and your battery health could be significantly downgraded and since also since its outdated the things your trying to run on your Macbook Pro could possibly not be fast enough to run it
