On left hand side of screen Cupertino shows for weather. NOT INTERESTED IN THERE WEATHER! In that app are cities I want to know about there weather! How do I get a different city to show and get rid of that Cupertino?

If you swipe down you’ll get an option to search for different places. Search for the place you want to know the weather for and click the option on the list.
Once open at the top right there is an option to add it to your weather app.
