“Ignore the limit”… child/teen screen time management

Both of my teens (13 and 15) have iPhones (Iphone 15 and a IPhone 13). I have both of them set for screen time of three hours of all apps and two hours of social media. And downtime set for 9 PM to 6 AM. I have clicked block at downtime.

Without fail, the younger child gets a pop up that asks if he wants to ignore the limit? How do I block this?

Also- how do I turn on a school time feature that blocks them from 7-2pm?

If my kids are going to have phones, I need to be able to help them manage it responsibly, which means screen time and downtime limits. Is there a tutorial anywhere so I can be sure I’m doing it right? This comes after a glitch that lasted two years that allowed my older one to “ Ask for one more minute” and then click on another app and the screen time block would disappear.

I checked the forum and the last conversation about this was in 2018. Please tell me Apple has managed to fix this since 2018?!!
