Ok, Check your Settings > General > Language & Region > Region > and make sure it is correct for your location.

If all good then;

sometimes a simple shut down and restart will clear things up. You can do a shut down in Settings > General > at the bottom of screen click on Shut Down. Let it stay off for about a minute and then power back up and then check your Apple Health Date to see if it reset to proper date.

If still off then;

Click at the bottom of this page where you see SUPPORT next to the Apple icon for further help.

Hello Master_01, So have you tried clicking on the date on Blood Pressure Dec 2043? It should give you option to Add Data upper right corner. Then click on Date which should bring up Calendar. There you should see a scroll option to change Month AND Year. It you make the changes to current Month and Year and put in Systolic & Diastolic reading it should keep that reading when you press the Add in upper right of screen. Hopefully the next time you add a Blood Pressure reading the Calendar readings will be correct.
