How do I get a refund for unauthorized iCloud monthly payments taken from my account?

I’m upset with this app because I have authorize any monthly payments to be taken out of my account and it takes it out every month sometime two and three times a month. I don’t think that’s fair and I just trying to get my refund back.

I think it’s unfair. That money was taken out of my account without my permission and I’m trying to get my refund back from this app because each month three and four times in a month. They keep taking money out of my account for the iCloud without my permission.
