iMac 27" Sequoia 15.3.2 (24D81) is suddenly slow

Typing became a drag (yes I have unchecked Keyboard / predictive)... And it feels like every action is a tiny bit slowed down.. But especially the typing and text deleting etc... is so weird now.

If your Mac has a mechanical drive or even a Fusion drive it will probably get slower with each new OS assuming you have no other major issues. If you are running any Virus protection or similar apps you should remove those. If this is something new you can run the free app Etrecheck to identify possible issues.

If you really what assistance / help ?

To avoid a session of Q&A, Q&A  and Q&A

Download the Application Etrecheck ( External Link ) directly from the Developer.

This is a Diagnostic Tool that makes no changes to the computer.

It makes a coherent and readable inventory of both the Hardware and Software used on the computer

The application is free or paid for added features.
