Notification on my iphone13 are not working

I am not getting any notifications from any apps. I am just missing calls and important text messages from people at work. It isn't even showing red pop ups on the app icon on home screen. I have tried everything.

Can't get any results. I am struggling with this issue and missing out on a lot or information that needs to get to me on time. Someone gotta help me with this or fix it for me.
