How to resolve App Store not appearing on Apple Watch Series 10?

I had this Apple watch SE (Gen 2), and the app store would not pop up. AND BEFORE I GET BASIC RESPONSES: I have tried everything under the Apple support sun to try and fix it (on a call). This includes: screen time settings, everything in the Apple Watch app, contacting data support, and resetting the Apple Watch, and I even have the new series 10 and is STILL DOING THE SAME THING. I use this watch as a standalone, and trust me I have tried everything. Please help.
