I need to find the "Renew" Button in Apple Developer App on my MacBook Pro

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well. I’m facing a critical issue and would greatly appreciate any help or guidance.

My Apple Developer Program membership is expiring tomorrow, and I’ve been trying to renew it. Apple Support advised me to use the Apple Developer app on my device to complete the renewal. I followed all the instructions:

Installed the Apple Developer app on my MacBook M2 Pro

Signed in with my Account Holder Apple ID

Clicked on the Account tab

Selected my team name

However, I do not see any "Renew" button or option anywhere in the app. I have double-checked everything and even watched several tutorials on YouTube, but no success.

To make it worse, I also tried to pay via card directly, but it failed due to a "duplicate order" error.

Apple Support tried to call me, but I didn’t receive any call on my number. I’ve also sent a follow-up email with a screen recording. Still waiting for a resolution.

If anyone here has faced the same issue or knows how to solve this, please help me. I’m really worried about losing access to my developer account.
