If you are talking about an ipad, you are in the wrong forum and we will move your post accordingly.

Not sure which ones you mean. Your keyboard can be used for normal symbols but in the top menu bar under shapes is a symbols category if that is what you want.

There is a dedicated Pages Support Community regardless of the macOS version.
