iPhone ringtone keeps automatically going down and I miss important calls.

No I do not have attention aware on. In fact the volume goes down even when the phone is face down on my dresser or table. Even in my bag. I don’t have change with buttons on either. I also don’t have a focus mode on. This keeps happening no matter how many software updates come through.

No Bluetooth connected to my car. No Apple Watch. Even my Fitbit isn’t connected for notifications. No headphones. It just keeps going down. Never had this issue till the end of last year.
