To iOS 17, iOS 18, or the upcoming iOS 26, no, you will need a newer or new iPhone.
That iPhone X has reached its limit.
iPhone XS, iPhone XR, iPhone SE 2nd gen, or newer are required for iOS 17 and iOS 18.
iPhone SE 2nd gen, iPhone 11, and later, are the oldest supported on the upcoming iOS 26.

Adding a “me too” reply to a 5-page thread will not change the answer. The iPhone X will never run iOS 17 or later.
