Sleep tracking incorrectly on my Apple Watch over indexes on core (light) versus deep

I would love to use one device but continue to use whoop and Apple Watch Ultra due to whoops superior recovery focused ux but more importantly it’s sleep tracking accuracy

apple Watch is just simply not accurate when it comes to deep versus light sleep

same night sleep example whoop versus Apple Watch ultra

have had the regular Apple Watch for years and always noticed the inconsistency

You should let Apple know directly about this issue by using the Feedback link, as this is the only way to reach them.

The more users do that, the more likely the issue will be noticed by Apple Techs and hopefully fixed in an upcoming update.

Recording Sleep on the Apple Watch needs to be improved.

I'm using the AutoSleep App on my Ultra 2, and it shows more deep sleep phases than the Health App recorded. Especially after midnight the Health App shows not deep sleep anymore.
