Why does my iPhone volume get quiet randomly when playing music?

Hello, my volume when playing music gets quiet randomly, if I wake my phone when it’s locked (using lock button) it gets quiet then takes half a song to get back to normal volume, I’ve tried turning off awareness and reduce loud audio, to no avail. If I screen record the song there’s no change, it’s so stupid and infuriating

The only way I know it will lower the volume is when it's locked and I touch to wake the screen. It's more noticeable when the battery is low, and a reset didn't do the trick nor any update since iOS 16. The only way that the volume goes back to normal is to wait for a minute or so, or not use the phone altogether.

music going quiet when turning on phone I have my music playing when I’m doing something and when I turn my phone on to change the song or look at a notification or something, the music dims so much. And then slowly builds back up. And I really really hate it. But when I’m having a bad day and all I want is my music loud. When it dims feels the same as getting your pocket stuck in a door handle when you’re walking past it. I don’t know how to turn it off and it really annoys me.
