2017 iMac 27 inch Etrecheck Report

I recently posed a question about my iMac being slow. That led to a lot of back and forth. Old Toad asked that I post my Etrecheck Report which I am doing here. It includes several minor problems. Having decided to upgrade to a new computer, I was concerned that those minor problems would be moved over to the new machine. Servant of Cats seemed to suggest those problems would not be moved over. My question there is some clarification, the wording confused me. Is it because I would be installing a new OS?
