Freestyle help desk just told me they only have app compatible with os 18.1. They were not aware iPhone had 18.3.2 which is on iPhone 16. They suggested I turn off my updates. What do I do?

If the app they produce is not compatible, you’ll have to consider switching to something other than Freestyle. In the short term pressure the manufacturer to support the current iOS version and continue development of their apps. Turning off updates is hiding their heads in the sand and unconscionable considering the number of users their products have. Can the information be entered manually?

This has been an ongoing issue with Freestyle judging from past posts here.
There is nothing Apple can do about it.
Developers are provided with betas of upcoming iOS releases so they can test their apps and make sure they work with them.
Seems the company doesn’t want to spend the money on developers to maintain their applications.
