I hope you are doing well. I would like to change the country/region of my Apple ID, but I have a remaining balance of $0.84 that I am unable to use. Since I cannot make a purchase that exactly matches this amount, I kindly request that you clear my remaining balance so I can proceed with changing my region.

This is not the Apple Support team. You’ll either need to spend it or if it’s not enough to purchase a product or service, you’ll need to contact Apple Support to have your account set to zero. As an alternative, add a payment method and purchase an item for more than your account balance. The purchase will first be withdrawn from your account and then any remaining balance with be charged to the payment method in your account.
