Bluetooth Audio Glitches on Macbook Air M2 – Need Help Troubleshooting

I’m having an issue when connecting Bluetooth audio devices to my Mac. Every time I do, the sound glitches, almost like it’s cutting in and out. I’ve tried connecting to various devices like a Wonderboom speaker, my Echo Dot, and Sony WHM4 headphones, but the issue persists.

Has anyone experienced this? Could it be a problem with my device, or is there something I should adjust in my Mac’s settings?
