Running iOS 15.8.3 on iPhone 6s Plus. When I tap "New iCloud Terms & Conditions", I'm told that I must accept the new terms and conditions. When I press "Continue", the process freezes.

Can’t Accept iCloud Terms & Conditions:
This is an all-too common phenomenon reported on these forums, and there is not a simple way through it, though a force restart on an iPhone often does the trick:
