ipad mini - can't connect bluetoth - apple says to go to setting, then blue tooth... mine requires going to "settings" then to "privacy" then "bluetooth" but there is no button to turn it on.... what can I do to pair keyboard? ipad mini is not connecting to bluetooth keyboard; apple directions say to go to settings, then blue tooth and turn on blue tooth BUT my new ipad mini has "settings" then "privacy" then "bluetooth" and then a possible list of apps that have requested connection BUT no way to turn on bluetooth. I can't make the connection. Any ideas?

First question… is the keyboard compatible with the the iPad? Just because it’s Bluetooth doesn’t make it so.
