Do AirPods 4 (without ANC) support fixed-position spatial audio on iPhone?

Do the AirPods 4 (without ANC) only support regular spatial audio with head tracking, without the fixed-position effect on the phone?

Spatial Audio personalization issue with AirPods Pro on iPhone 16 I recently bought AirPod pros. When I try to set up the personalize Spatial Audio, my phone says to take my AirPods out. My AirPods are not in my ear. All I do is open the case as directed but it still thinks they are in my ears. Am I doing something wrong? If not, is there a way to fix it? Spatial Audio on Beats Studio 3 It’s not so much of a question, but a clarification of questions I have seen. I recent bought Beats Studio 3 wireless and was confused about if they had spatial audio. My AirPod Pros have a toggle on the control menu but the Beats do not. On the Apple website it does not say that it has spatial audio, but on the beatsbydre website it does list spatial audio as a feature. Before I continue, I would like to note that I think Spatial Audio and Spatial Audio with head tracking are different things. My AirPods play sound relative to the device streaming the audio (with head tracking). The Beats do not (spatial audio only). In conclusion, Beats Studio 3 Wireless do have spatial audio, and this can be tested with a simple Dolby Atmos test on YouTube. They do not have head tracking like the AirPod Pros do. Can I use ANC function of AirPods Pro without pairing them to a device? Is it possible to use AirPods Pro (the ANC and Adaptive Transparency functions only, no music) without connecting them to a device (e.g. smartphone, smartwatch, etc.)? I know I won’t be able to listen to music on them this way, but I am wondering if the ANC and Adaptive Transparency mode will still work without them being connected to a device. I know some over-the-ear ANC headphones can do this, but I’m not sure about AirPods.
