Activating german gift card in germany without apple devices

It seems impossible to redeem a german Apple gift card via any webpage or appleTV or iTunes apps.

I was searching online and there was a thread that explains it being available in 2022 in above listed windows apps. This option is no longer available.

I do not have any apple devices and have no way of activating my Apple gift card.

Could you please help me share if there is actually any way to do it?
