Alarm accidentally deleted on Apple Watch

I accidentally deleted alarm on my Apple watch. How can I get it back? Anybody who knows? OS version 11.3.1

If I open the AppStore on my Apple Watch and search for "Alarms", the default watchOS app is shown:

Since I did not delete it on my watch, it shows "Open" instead of the download icon.

If you find the app on the Apple Watch AppStore and tap on the download icon, it will be installed again onto your watch.

Did you try to download it again, using the AppStore on the Watch?

Thank you for your effort.

The alarm I accidentally deleted is the one belonging to the basic Watch OS. Maybe I will have to wait until the next upgrade? Or is there some other way?
