MacBook Pro 2020 keeps discharging while turned off

Since I carried out the last update on my MacBook Pro it keeps discharging when turned off? Is there a solution to this or will another update be launched to fix this issue?

macOS Ventura battery fast discharging, MacBook Pro 2019 Hello everyone! I've updated my Mac book pro 13" (late 2019, 2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5) to Ventura. Yes it's great, with unbelievable many features, but, with one big bug (in my case) - it' discharging battery very quickly. Really, one of the reasons for the pride of the laptop is gone. And it's just safari, without 4k video content or web gaming - just web surfing. here is some screen. 30% of battery was gone in Today I've reset my Mac to factory settings, with hope, but nothing changed. Ventura is very hungry OS... so, maybe someone of you have same issue and information about how to fix it? or there is one way - downgrade to Monterey?

My M3 Macbook Pro 14 drains battery quickly with just web browsing I'm having the same issue. I have started seeing the battery draining out too fast since day one. It's been just 12 days since I bought it. I thought the stock Mac OS update wasn't optimized or something and did the update to 14.4 as well. And not much improvement. The overall battery backup is about 6 to 8 hours max, with only Google Chrome usage, maybe with 15 tabs open. I was expecting around 12 to 16 hours. Totally disappointed, not sure what is the issue. Looking forward to a solution here.

Can you give use an idea of the rate of discharge (ex, 3% in 6 hours)? A sense of the problem's scale will better help us help you.

The battery still has a few chores when the computer is fully off. Most is from it using some current to maintain your settings and preferences. That would show a low rate of discharge.
