How do I sign in to iCloud without a password and turn off Find My iPhone?

i forgot my icloud password and my mail says sign in with password and i dont have my password and i tried to signout but it says to turn off find my iphone but i do not have my password to do any because i forgot the password because i haven’t used it in a year
