Will my message be delivered if I'm blocked?

Was blocked for months and regularly sent a message to check if I'm still blocked. On the device where I sent the message it never said delivered, only on my pther device.

So if I sent it from my iPhone it didn't say delivered on it, but on my Mac & if I sent if from my Mac it didn't say delivered on my Mac, but on my iPhone (this seems to be a bug).

On saturday, I sent a message and it says delivered on every device, sent one today & it says delivered too - no response. Some articles say it's since 16.5 but I'm on 18.0 for some while now, there weren't any update.
