How do I adjust AirPods volume when used as Hearing Aids?

"Hearing aid mode volume: Will Apple fix the AirPod so that you can actually use the things as hearing aids? The volume is way too low."

Reset the Balance:

Ignore the word "accessibility" --its just happens to be the name of the window you go to to perform the balance settings. It would be for any audio output device --AirPods or "hearing aids" or what have you.

Verify the Balance:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Accessibility
4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
5. Adjust: the audio volume balance
