Can we have an infinite app drawer instead of this curated mess?

Apps on my phone just disappear into the abyss. Whenever you get a new phone these old hidden apps get redownloaded leading to a worse experience every time.

apps instantly delete themselves My recently used apps keep deleting themselves. Not multiple at a time or anything but I’ll be using an app, switch to something else and try to go back and it’s uninstalled. The apps affected so far are Discord (most deleted), Twitter, and Youtube. It gets really annoying because I have a custom phone layout (using custom icons for apps with the shortcuts feature) and I don’t know its deleted until I fail to open the app.

How to recover disappeared apps from Home Screen? All of a sudden, a whole group of apps has disappeared from my Home Screen. They are apps that I use often; I can still find them if I search for them. I tried a soft reset but this hasn’t resolved the issue. I have an iPhone 11 which has just been updated to the latest iOS, it seems to have happened after the update [Re-Titled by Moderator]
