Iphone15 doesn’t show satellite messenger?

Trying to use the satellite messenger in this iphone15, but it doesn’t show up anywhere , I’m a fisherman in Bermuda that needs to keep in touch offshore,

“SOS via satellite” option is missing. I just got an iPhone 14 Pro, and the “SOS via satellite” option is not available in the Emergency SOS settings. It simply doesn’t exist. I’m currently on iOS 16.1.2.

Satellite connectivity isn’t offered on iPhone models purchased in Armenia, Belarus, China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Russia.
