Issues on my iPhone 12 after updating to iOS 18.3.1

So I notice when I upgrade to the new iOS update, I can no longer upload pictures to Instagram, Facebook, nothing. I factory reset my phone, I reset all settings nothing works. Also my phone glitched for about 3 minutes non-stop. I don't know what to do.
