Why does my iPhone show Screen Time when powered off?

Please helppp!

My device says my screen time is seven hours but it was fully powered off for like 6 hours so why is it doing this?

I had it fully of during the day and also as u can see it says at the bottom Ive only been in for 19 + 5 + 4 mins =28 mins…

Ok please help bc my screen time is getting monitored and they think I was on for 7 hours and that I snuck it but I didn’t.
